Going Bananas
My fridge freezer is bursting with frozen bananas. (I buy them, no one eats them.) I'm tired of making the same old loaf and muffins. Suggestions anyone?
I made a banana chocolate chip cookie that was really good - kind of cakey but still a cookie. I'm trying to find the recipe but I can't figure out where I put it. I think it was kind of healthy too so I didn't feel so guilty having one or four lol. I know Pegg makes a deadly banana cake, but I think that's one of her special recipes. I'll keep looking!
